Refund and Returns Policy

2. Compliance with Kit Directions: You will need to follow the directions provided with the kit. Once the kit is opened, please be aware that we will not be able to process any refunds.
3. Returns for Unopened Kits: We will accept returns for unopened kits within 28 days from the date of purchase, as long as the kit has not been registered. Please ensure that the original packaging is intact and all components are included.
4. Customer Responsibility for Return Costs: You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the kit to us. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance for your protection.
5. Reporting Damaged Kits: In the event that a damaged kit arrives, you will be required to send us photos immediately. This will allow us to initiate the necessary actions to resolve the issue promptly.
